A 1-2-1 class is a great way to learn how to pole dance. Private classes are designed around you and are a great way to improve quickly and to focus on perfecting your moves on the pole.
During a private class we focus on tricks, spins, routines, combos and muscle strength.
1 hour private class (1 person): £30
1 hour private class (2 people): £20pp
1 hour private class (3 people): £20pp
All private classes with 1-2 people are held at my home, allowing me to keep the price lower than other schools. Private lessons with 3+ people are held at our studio in Hove.
Learn to pole dance in a friendly, fun and relaxed atmosphere.
You will learn a variety of tricks, spins and combos. Pole dancing is a great way to keep fit and have fun whilst doing so. It's unlike any other type of sport.
There are many benefits to pole dancing, from increased cardiovascular and muscle strength, improving posture, toning up and it's also a great way to boost your confidence and self esteem.
All group classes are drop in classes, unless stated otherwise. There are maximum 2 to a pole, and to guarantee this we do require you to book ahead.

First Class is: £5
£12 per 90 min class, £10 per 60 min class
10 class, class card £108 / 10 class card £90
You must book ahead on any of the group classes.
If you can't make a class, please contact us at least 24 hours before the class begins.
In this 1 hour class we work on a choreographed routine, either on static or spin pole. This class is suitable for all levels and is a great way to improve your fluidity and transitions between moves.
We also work on floor work, transition moves on and off the pole. There is a maximum of 2 people per pole, so book ahead as there is limited space.
Every other Tuesday at: 8:45-9:45
