We have 5 poles in our studio allowing plenty of time per person to learn a variety of tricks, spins and floor work, which you will combine to create a choreographed routine ready to knock the socks of anyone you wish to show.


Our parties are suitable for any level of fitness and age, although you must be over the age of 16 to attend any of our classes. Not only will have you a laugh but you will also learn a new skill with fully qualified and experienced instructors, who have competed and performed at a professional level.
